At present, the site forms part of the Anglo Office Park car parking area, to the right of the entrance, and is accessible directly from White Lion Road.

Planning permission exists for the re-development of the site to provide a 2 storey office building with associated car parking to be developed and available to let or for sale, or alternatively, the site could be purchased as is, subject to the existing planning permission.

Location

The site occupies a prominent position to the front of the Anglo Office Park, a new development recently undertaken by Anglo St James Ltd incorporating Newlyn Developments.

The site is on the southern side of White Lion Road (A404) on the eastern outskirts of Amersham. The area generally, has excellent communications, being a 10 minute drive from junction 18 of the M25 at Chorleywood, within 20 minutes' drive of junction 2 of the M40 at Beaconsfield and within 2 minutes' drive of Amersham or Chalfont & Latimer railway stations (Metropolitan line). In addition, the Chiltern Turbo Railway runs fast and efficient service from Amersham, Chorleywood and Chalfont and Latimer stations to London Marylebone or Aylesbury.
